Going Out on a Sunny Day

Going out on a sunny day while managing the symptoms of thyroid eye disease (TED) can be challenging. In this video I describe some of the accommodations I make to help limit the effects of sunlight on my sensitive eyes. From floppy hats to holding hands with a friend, I have learned what works for me.
