I would like to see foods to avoid and an anti inflammatory diet if that's something that works

I echo Roxann that I hope other members chime in with what has worked for them, but add, it might be a good idea to check in with your doctor or nutritionist before trying any new diets! They can help you figure out what is the best option for you and your health. In the meantime though, here are a few articles we have that you might find helpful: https://thyroideyedisease.net/supportive-treatments and https://thyroideyedisease.net/living/gluten-free Best, Sam S. How are you doing today? I hate to repeat it, but while we wait for some other members to chime in on their experiences, I came across an article about following an anti-inflammatory diet that I wanted to share and hopefully give you some useful information. Between the information shared here and encouraging you to contact your doctor for support, I hope you find something that works for you! Please keep us posted, and as always, let us know if there is anything else we can do to help! Sending positive thoughts and vibes your way! -Beth (Team Member) https://thyroideyedisease.net/living/eyes-stabilized
