Active Phase of TED
Wow! How can anyone consider wearing eye makeup with TED? I'm amazed as I couldn't bear to add to the discomfort, pain, dryness, blepharitis, blepharospasm, ptosis, ocular rosacea with the constant need to clean, heat mask, eye drops and ointments. Wouldn't even consider adding the possibility of infection from makeup too.
I hear what you are saying. Also reading through your list of symptoms with your eyes, I can understand why you could not add one more thing for them to deal with. There were days I could wear makeup and days it was a total waste putting it on because the constant tearing washed it all away. Wishing you the best. Roxann K. Moderator
