Need help making decision to have the infusions

Im undecided on the Tempezza infusions because of side effects. Heres's my situation: I have type 2 diabetes, so doctor is pretty sure ill be insulin dependent for the 6 month course of treatment. I already have some hearing loss in 1 ear and wear a hearing aide. With my TED I have extreme light sensitivity and excessive tearing, & gritty eye feeling etc. What kind of results has anyone had with light sensitivity clearing up and excessive eye tearing clearing up
Any info would be greatly appreciated..
