I try to live in the here and now. I'm trying not to think of the what if's. Like how will I cope if TED goes into the active stage again. Deep down that is a real fear but I try to focus on the positives. Hey! I don't have to live with the pain now.

Deep breathing exercises, using essential oils, gorgeous smelling candles for a nice ambience and aid breathing and it makes my home smell nice too 😃
