  1. I chose to see a therapist who taught me how to handle stress & anxiety. Every time I start to think about what it's, I ask, is there any proof in that? I do my best not to entertain the thought. it keeps me from going down a rabbit hole ive felt more confident & excited about doing things. I volunteer as President of anorganization now. Although, it can be stressful I love feeling important & that gives me confidence & happiness.

    1. Eliminating stress and anxiety is a huge part of this illness and, really, any chronic illness. It it something that takes practice, for sure, and we aren't always successful either. I get those days where I have what I call, "the blahs," and it takes a day or two in order to shake them. We are just all doing our best! You are not alone. Keep on keepin' on, DPM

    2. Wow! How amazing! I'm so happy to hear that you have tools that keep you grounded and more confident. Thank you for sharing. -Lauren (Team member)
